Biff for FS9

I've finally managed to trim down the CFS3 Bristol F.2B 'Biff' mesh so that it can be squeezed through the makemdl exporter for FS9. I still have a bit of work to do such as the instruments, further optimisation of the mesh and construction of a pilot figure.

I cannot say when but at least I can now say a FS2004 'Biff' will happen.
